The seven guest rooms and the Victorian Apartment (all with private baths) are each unique and emanate Victorian charm. Choose your desired level of service ...

You can book your reservation with or without daily breakfast. If you choose not to have breakfast with us, there are several breakfast restaurants and cafes within walking distnace.

You can also add full daily housekeeping if you wish. Every day we empty your wastebaskets and replinish towels but leave the rest up to you. However, if you would prefer we also make the bed, refresh the bathroom and vacuum each day of your stay, then you can add full daily housekeeping (for $10 per day).

STANDARD RATES: Our rates are comparable to other 3-star and 4-star hotels in Portland.

As shown in the chart below, room rates range from $99 to $219 per night double occupancy. Rates vary by room, day of week and time of year.

The rates shown do not include the 12.5% Portland Hotel Tax.

Depending on the day of week and time of year, various discounts may be available.

1-night stays are accepted with the following exceptions:
- There are no check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.
- There is a $10 surcharge for a 1-night stay durig Premium Periods.

Use of Lion and the Rose Gift Certificates

Standards discounts apply for gift certificates issued by the Lion and the Rose for a fixed dollar amount

Use of Third-party Gift Cards, Gift Certificates or Travel Agents:

Discounts do NOT apply when using gift cards or gift certificates issued by third-parties (such as bedanbreakfast.com) or when reservations were made through travel agents or online reservation systems (such as hotels.com or Expedia)

CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION: All cancellations:

Require you to notify us in writing via e-mail (innkeeper@lionrose.com), fax (503.287.9247) or letter; and

Will be confirmed by us via e-mail within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours, please telephone us at 800.955.1647.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations are subject to a $20 booking fee that will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation of bookings for 1 or 2 rooms for 1 or 2 nights require at least 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation of bookings for 3 or more nights or 3 or more rooms require 30 days advance notice.

Late cancellations will be eligible for a refund only if rooms can be rebooked.

OTHER INN POLICIES:

Smoking is not permitted inside the inn.

We only accept children age 10 or older.

We cannot accommodate pets.

No check-in or check-out on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

2-night minimum on weekend bookings of 3 or more rooms.
